How will we do it?
Greenlight events are delivered as quarterly invite-only creative industry gatherings, designed to bring together filmmakers, musicians, performers, content creators and industry professionals in a focused and inspiring environment.
Our first event in January 2026 was a major success, attracting over 140 attendees from across Scotland and beyond. Each event features a dynamic programme including live performances from both established and unsigned music artists, DJ sets, film showcases and appearances from leading creative industry professionals. Future events are scheduled for April, July and October, ensuring ongoing opportunities for collaboration and talent discovery.

How much will it cost?
All Greenlight events are currently free to attend, and are invite only reflecting our commitment to making high-quality industry networking opportunities accessible to emerging and established creatives alike. As the events grow, additional opportunities such as showcases or specialist sessions may be introduced, but the core aim remains to support talent development and creative connection.

Where will I find it?
Greenlight events are presently hosted at the Elixir Cocktail Lounge, providing a vibrant and intimate setting for live creative experiences. Located in Bathgate, West Lothian, the venue welcomes guests travelling from across Scotland and further afield. Event announcements, invitations and updates are shared online through GTF Films and The Burn platforms.
